We're a tiny team. So tiny that sometimes we seem invisible.

And that's also why Kanjidon exists.

We started like many others: self-taught Japanese students, no shortcuts, no magic formulas. Hours, days, years spent on kanji that refused to stick and methods that worked on paper but died at the first distraction. In the end, though, we reached that goal: JLPT N1. Hard-earned. Deserved. Real.

Throughout that journey, one question kept coming back, annoying as a kanji that won't be memorized: "Why isn't there an app that teaches Japanese the way we'd want it?"

So we decided to build it.

Kanjidon was born from the dream of studying effectively, but also engagingly. A place where discipline meets play, where consistency is rewarded, where the effort doesn't disappear but stops being boring. The app we wish we'd had when we were studying.

It's not just about studying. We deeply love Japanese culture in all its forms. Traveling, getting lost in places, walking far, climbing high.

We're in love with pop culture, stories, imaginary worlds that move us. We write novels, create projects, experiment. Some you know, some you don't. Some are yet to see the light.

Kanjidon is where all of this comes together. Serious study, genuine passion, the desire to do something different without losing authenticity.
